Hi @Lou64, what are you referring to when you say it still does not work? Are you not able to login at all or you are able to login but cannot send / receive emails? Is this via an email application like outlook, windows mail etc or directly through webmail → login page.
If you are using an application then make sure all the settings are correct → Optus email settings page.
If it is a password issue and it is not working directly via the Webmail page as well then you are best to speak with our Technical Support team via the → messaging service to assist you further. Since this is a public forum we can`t access customers account details here.
