Email with username etc not received

I need my real username but can’t find it anywhere. It’s not on any emails I have received and I can’t get into “My Account “  to find it because I don’t have anything

Hey @ConfusedJen, I'd really suggest jumping onto Live Chat → Optus.com.au/livechat. Send the consultant your account number and we'll be able to pull up your username in 5 seconds flat. If you do run into any issues, we're always happy to help out from our end.
