Devices not connecting to NBN

Some of our devices are not connecting to the NBN, parts of out house work and other areas don’t.

Optus/NBN are only required to get the NBN working to the first point in the house, the rest of the house is your responsibility.

Are you talking about wifi? Do all the devices work when taken closer to the modem or plugged in via CAT6 cable?

As mentioned, if one device is connecting to the internet fine then that means the NBN is working fine. The issue is with the equipment in your house and or your setup.
