It's crazy Every day, at about 15 minutes past 12 AM, and while watching Fetch the network just cuts. All the modem lights are lit. Only the Internet led on the router that is off. Messaged Optus support which I don't know how they consider it 24 by 7 and they never come back to me.
is there any parental access turned on? how do you get the internet back, restart the modem? in the modem try changing the time to manual and set it to 12:10 and see if the internet goes down in 5 minutes. How long have you had this issue and NBN?
