How do I get customer service from Optus?
From what I have experienced over the last 2 weeks the level of service and I use that word loosely has been terrible. They just give you the run around from department to department and never actually answer your questions and just keep saying it will be fixed in 48 hours or that they will call you back later that day and neither of these happens.
