Your communications on your websire says no later the 2nd March 2018, I'm still waiting. I've been an Optus NBN customer for 2.5 years and have been paying top premiums for the 100/40 speed. I have tried to talk to your customer service people on the number provided but can't get any help. I keep getting treatning texts to say my account is overdue and service will be cut if it's a week over due but the way I see it is you owe me $30 x 24 months so go figure.
