Our business lines have been really terrible lately - very crackly, have to ask customers to all us back. We are on the NBN so I figure its because everyone is working from home and too much of an overload. How do I get in contact with Optus to get our NBN usage increased?
Can anyone from Optus please help?
I spent over 1.5 hrs on the phone to no avail. No luck on optus app either.
