I'm located in Boondall Qld & as the subject saya I have continuous drop outs & slow NBN speeds. I've done everything that is ever suggested to fix it yourself, had a technician out etc etc.
How has anyone got anywhere with Optus once & for all fixing NBN so it works as it should?
Hey @MRC, sorry to hear about your NBN connection issue. Since, you already raised this with Tech Support before did they give a reason for this issue? Do you have a fault reference number we can look into? There is no reported fault with NBN at Boondall Qld at the moment. You can always check our Network Status → here.
