I don't understand how these are useful replies. You have a link that says 'answer my question' and it just takes the reader back to more pre-canned answers that DON'T answer the question. What do I do it my internet keeps dropping out in the middle of important client calls? This is impacting my business, and I've now spent an hour or more trying to even find a way to get an answer - including putting the details into the Optus App, where a chat bot kept just checking my area and telling me all was fine, and then trying to find out how to get help online. Aargh.
What suburb/postcode are you located in? Have you checked for any known outages? Enter your location and tick the Fixed outages box to have a look if that’s the issue.
