Moving to a new house. Same modem is ok. I’ve got a red light on my nbn fibre connection box. Optus sent me a confirmation email that the connection is ready. I’ve restarted modem and nbn box. What else can I try?
A red light on your NBN box says something is wrong with the connection. Contact Optus and either they will sort it or they may need NBNCo to do something.
There is nothing you can do until that light turns green.
