Got connected to NBN this morning (the technician assures me NBN is working). Connected the sage com modem supplied by Optus and it all lit up fine. Internet light flashes intermittently but no phone light. It’s cable to the house. Any ideas?
Restarted and reconnected several times.
If there is no PHONE LIGHT, please call Optus on 133 937 and get them to push the provisioning through.
