Complaint Case <removed> - Please call me

Optus you are aware of issues with my account due to mistake made by Optus while moving my ADSL service to NBN. 

 

Please call me about the case <removed for privacy>. You have my mobile number on file. 

 

I am posting this in multiple places in the hope that someone in Optus will help. Because phoning or chating online has been a complete waste of time. I have wasted 13 hours on the phone.

Meh! Not sure it really breaches any privacy. 

 

They wont talk to me about it so doubt they'll talk to some random.

2 days and no phone call. Not even a response to my PM!

 

Optus customer service is non-existent. Smiley Frustrated
