Optus you are aware of issues with my account due to mistake made by Optus while moving my ADSL service to NBN.
Please call me about the case <removed for privacy>. You have my mobile number on file.
I am posting this in multiple places in the hope that someone in Optus will help. Because phoning or chating online has been a complete waste of time. I have wasted 13 hours on the phone.
