I have been trying to call for two days, been on hold for one hour each time (my phone battery runs out!), and the chat service is not available! All I want to do is change my NBN installation appointment!! Please help 😞

Thanks Mick, I finally got through (after waiting on hold for 3 hours!).
There are so many people who have lost jobs, you'd think that this would be a great time for Optus to employ people for simple questions to be answered!
