i've been trying to cancel my optus sports for the past few days.
i've attempted every possible instruction provided to log into your account.
Log into my account >Go to Entertainment > Manage Sports >
It either goes into technical issue with page or tells me that i've already subscribed.
im going around the loop.
can someone please cancel this for me.

There is already an Optus Sport subscription associated with this Optus service. You can log into your Optus Sport account, or try again with a different Optus service.

Is that for a stand-alone subscription or is that attached to an Optus product such as mobile or Internet?
