I ve the same problem , cant cancel , spoke three times to them on chat , about to go to the tele communicatons ombudsmen , you cant cancel it online as per their instructions . some one please help

Thanks for responding. I've now requested a manager from optus sport to call me as 4 time now . With no resolution to cancel this product .
On my side it shows enable and no option to change to disable.
I have followed instructions as per the support guidelines and Doesn't work .
