I'm trying to become a new NBN customer with Optus but each time I place an order nothing happens. When I call to follow-up the sales team can see my order number so transfer me to pre-activation. When I speak to pre-activation they explain that they can't locate my order number and transfer me back to sales (so I've placed three separate orders over last two months).
I've just got off the phone to sales team and they said the only thing they can do is place yet another order (which will be the fourth) and hope it goes through...arrgghhhh! I'm going around in circles!
Are you an existing Optus customer or joining them as you connect to the NBN?
