Can't access Optus NBN Modem installed in my home

I got new Optus NBN modem installed in my house. I was given a card with WIFI Network name and Password

Today when I access this modem by typing 192.168.0,1 to access it from my computer, it is not accepting the WiFi Network name and Password printed on the card that came with this modem.

Optus technician told me that I should not change these details.. I had not changed any of these details.

Why is it not accepting these values? What should I do?

The card contains the wifi login details not the router login details. Look at the sticker at the back of the router for the login details. The user name is "optus" and the password is the same as the default wifi password.

That is bad advice. Its always best to change default passwords (for both the login and the wifi) for any device you get.

I used Optus and the same password given on the card, no difference. Same error message about Userid or password is incorrect.
What should I do now?

@esskay1948

Can you try one of the combinations below?

Username: ADMIN

Password: Password

Username: ADMIN

Password: Your WiFi password as it's written on the back of the modem

Both the solution does not work. I also tried with ADMIN in lower case (admin) with'password" and the Password on the back of the modem.

I get "wrong login information" error

"Optus" or "optus"? It must be lowercase.
