Call return Home Phone

After connecting NBN, when I try to use call return *69 all I get is a automated voice "the operation has failed"

Any ideas why this no longer works?

That is correct. Some features are no longer available when using the NBN VoIP line and the Call Return feature is one of them, I'm afraid.
