Hi I have a broken cable out the front of my house which has been pulled out from the road works that has been going on. For awhile I have contacted Optus many times they have sent x2 nbn people out but both of these people don’t fix the broken cable I need some one that can actually fix the cable this is so frustrating help me Optus
Really sorry to hear that the 2 NBN technicians have not been able to resolve the broken cable. If the issue is not effecting your service.

· No Mobile connectivity (can't make or receive calls)
