CVC Increase Woolloongabba POI

Has anyone else noticed at night of late that Woolloongabba POI needs more CVC as the speeds are getting poor?

If you're getting less than the advertised 80% of plan speed fairly routinely then you can exit your contract with no penalty and try a different RSP.
