I ordered your 80 hone plan last Wednesday, along with the plan ordered a couple of the power adapters and with my new plan I'm to receive the fetch mighty?
I received an email virtually straight after placing the order online staying that optus would contact me regrading my order within two business days. And would give confirmation regarding my order.
Well my modem arrived today, but nothing else! Now it seems I can't use it as my connection won't be activated untill next week. Not to mention I need a visit from a technician to connect my house to your network?
