My NBN box is connected - 4 lights, My Optus Sgem Modem is connected, My home phone works, devices can connect to the WIFI network but NO INTERNET (ps it did work for 17 hours within the 6 months it has taken to connect)!!!!! Diagnostics (MAC) are green for WiFi, WiFi Setting, Network Settings and ISP - Then red or yellow for Internet & Server.....was just on hold for 45 minutes and then got cut off from Optus and the chat has been bust more than 1 hour - What am I supposed to do - Any clues!
Oh dear, when did you received the SMS from Optus that your connection is active? Strange that your home phone is working and internet is not as the home phone uses the internet to connect. Have you tried to connect to the Sagem modem via a cable ?
