Hi, I just got onto the Optus NBN yesterday morning and last night Netflix stopped working due to 'trouble accessing the title' even though we were 10 minutes into the show.
Anyway, we were not able to get back onto Netflix last night (even after midnight).
Today I had the same issue and then I was not able to watch our standard channels due to 'Multiple sources are attempting to use the Internet bandwidth'. In this case it was my daughter on the computer working from home and me watching TV.
Should I have just stayed on the broadband that I had before? This is costing me more and its worse.
The speedtest shows really good numbers 85/36 but that does not translate to the TV
Now, you can hardly talk to anyone unless you say its an emergency due to COVID-19.
Is there anyone else who is having the same issues or is there something that IO can do to fix this?
