My home phone and internet service (both included in an NBN bundle) stopped working in the morning. I called technical support on my mobile phone, and was informed that there is a problem with the backend account, which makes no sense to me.
There was no ETA given on when this may be fixed, and I am now without both internet and phone for an undetermined period of time. This is horrible.
Is there any way to escalate this? Is there any anybody else I can contact other than technical support?
