Optus once again had an NBN fault - not reported on their website - but you cannot log a fault without your "Service Number/Optus Broadband Username".
AND I AM LOGGED IN
'scheduled NBN service' is apparently happening 2am to 6am tomorrow so I guess it has already started.
Third time in a week Optus has had a fail and no response.
Optus is a load of BS
