Hey @ivanterrible, I'm sorry to hear these faults are still on-going. If you speak to the NBN Retention team on 1300300427, they will review Tech Support's notes and provide options for your contract.

I solved my evening slowdowns by going to another provider after Optus tried to claim it was a faulty router that just happened to slowdown at the same time every day.
