I have recently tried to set up an NBN modem and while we are are waiting for a technician. Unfortunately the 4g backup is not working. I have been bumped by 4 different optus staff on the chat over a period of 3 and half hours with nobody being able to help me let alone give a straight answer.
We are a household of three currently all working from home during the melbourne lockdown and have had to take sick days because of this. Optus what are you doing! The service has been appalling. I massively regret switching providers. Never had this problem with TPG.
