2.4GHz wifi stopped working

I have Optus NBN and a Sagemcom WiFi router.

Yesterday the 2.4GHz wifi network stopped working suddenly. I didn't do any changes. 5GHz is still working.

I have tried restarting, checking the configuration (on 192.168.0.1), disabling and enabling via the configuration, etc.

I have some devices which need 2.4GHz, any help is appreciated.

Re: 2.4GHz wifi stopped working

Sounds like it might need replacing.

Only thought I have is a factory reset to see if it comes back on.

Otherwise Optus should send one out on request for free (equipment provided as part of a contract should work at least as long as that contract)

Re: 2.4GHz wifi stopped working

Seems to come back for a short time and go off again by itself. Very confusing Smiley Mad

Thanks for returning to Yes Crowd to let us know, MarkSo.

Hopefully smooth sailing from here with the replacement.
