I have Optus NBN and a Sagemcom WiFi router.
Yesterday the 2.4GHz wifi network stopped working suddenly. I didn't do any changes. 5GHz is still working.
I have tried restarting, checking the configuration (on 192.168.0.1), disabling and enabling via the configuration, etc.
I have some devices which need 2.4GHz, any help is appreciated.
Sounds like it might need replacing.
Only thought I have is a factory reset to see if it comes back on.
Otherwise Optus should send one out on request for free (equipment provided as part of a contract should work at least as long as that contract)
