My Optus App updated to 6.71 yesterday and fingerprint login is no longer an option to login.
I have uninstalled, reinstalled twice and checked permissions.
I was wondering if anyone else is having issues please?

Hi @Tigers1719, thanks for raising this with us. Oh, that's odd!
Can you please check the compatibility of your device? Your smartphone should be running Android 5.0 (or higher). It might help to perform clear cache and clear all data under Apps Manager. Then uninstall and reinstall the My Optus App.

Hi @Tiger1719 just to confirm when you go into the Optus app > More.> My Account > Login Tab > you don`t see Biometrics options there?
Hi Kartika you are a legend, that fixed it. What I find strange I run the app on a Android Tablet and that updated the app to this version and the biometric option just kept working.
