I am in the United Kingdom. I was wondering if you knew how I could maybe make a pause on my bill due to the virus? I was trying to do it via my app but it’s not working. Do you know of another way I could do this?
The only way to pause your account is to get in touch with Optus. Phoning the overseas number would be my suggestion. Optus also have a facebook and twitter page that can possibly be used to get a message through. Optus are currently allowing plans to be paused on request.
