I just received my mobile broadband and it is connected. But every time I try to use the app my login details work but then it takes me to a page saying “select a service” with no option other than logout. It also comes up with an error message on my account. Any ideas?
Sorry this is my fault I should have worded my initial post better.
I mean the internet is connected and working but it is getting onto the “myoptus” app I’m having trouble with. It keeps asking me to select a service after I login, however, there are no options except for logout. Even the myaccount page on the website won’t let me view billing information etc.
