Hi. I tried to log in to my Optus app for the first time and it says your service is still pending, however, I have already activated my sim.
I have tried to delete and install the app several times with no success.

How long has your SIM been activated, Gaurab05?
If it's been less than 48 hours that is likely the reason why.
If longer than that, as Tigers1719 advises, please contact Optus directly.
