Optus app

I downloaded the Optus app and after accepting terms and conditions is says on a blank screen that says “account services” and to “ask our team if u got any questions”.

I have tried all the trouble shooting measures listed on the website but it didn’t work. Help?

Thank you for raising this issue and sorry to hear you may be having some issues with the My Optus app. This may be happening because your My Account is not set-up correctly.

Please note that we’re unable to look into account details on Yes Crowd.
