MY NBN connection was supposed to happen yesterday between 1 and 5 pm - nobody turned up and there was no message.
I've since been in a chat with Leah in Tech Support through the App - she asked me to wait a while as she sorted it out. She also asked me to ensure my notifications were on so that when she had an answer, I would be notified. Done and done.
Now I've got about 6 notifications but every time I try to access them, the App opens, but all I get is a set of red, blue and yellow dots expanding and contracting across the screen - I can't access the messages on the app. Optus need a reprogram of that App.
Help - how do I contact Optus when their App chat system isn't working?
Yet another notification on the MY Optus App - but I can't access it. The app seems to be useless, or at least limited.
Help!!! How do I talk to my "communications" supplier? 😉
