My Optus App

Hi,

Optus are not responding via the messaging app.

Is there a way I can clear the messages and start again.

Problem is even in you uninstall the app and resinstall.

Once you log back in all the messages are restored.

I kind of want to start again. so optus might respond to me.

How long ago did you send a Message to the team? Due to the current situation they're unable to respond right away but they will as soon as they can.
