I currently own a Huawei P20 Pro and currently running the latest Android build and the latest Huawei Core system updates (Huawei Core updates happened 2 days ago)
The "My Optus App" is also the current version for Android devices. Today I tried to open the app to check my usage etc, and once the main (password entry screen) appears, it closes the app and does not even allow me to enter my pin. Can you please advise where the problem could be coming from, and how I can fix this.
Many thanks - Harry
I don't have that phone but you could try to clear storage for the app. Settings / Apps and notifications.
The My Optus app may be listed as a recent app or click on see all ?? apps.
Click on My Optus / Storage and cache/ Clear storage.
Note you will lose any records of Message Sessions you have had with Optus.
As you do not have access to the My Optus app you can use social media to contact Optus Support, please send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter and include in the message you do not have access to the My Optus app.
You could also contact the App Developer. email hidden
