I can’t do anything after i log in my account

No options to choose, it just told me
“If you have any questions about your account or services, please get in touch with our team.
Logout of My Account.”
I don’t know what happened

@Zhou0415  If you are a new customer to Optus, it can take a while for the details to be entered into your account. Are you using a browser or the My Optus app to view your account?
