Optus app fingerprint no longer working what's going on anyone know how to fix it all do you have the same problem why is an Optus getting onto the problem

Hi @Piperlee, in the My Optus app itself you can navigate into More ..(bottom) > My Account > Login tab (at the top) > Make sure Biometrics is turned ON.
