Dual factor authentication

How do you configure dual factor authentication to protect your optus account? Currently there is only password based protection.

You are correct, we do presently only have a password based protection for the My Accounts. I've flagged this as feedback to our team though. We'll provides updates here, should there be changes.

Hopefully they add it to the App one day. Could improve Optus security immeasurably but I wouldn't expect anything to soon - after 20 years they've only just moved past asking for name, DOB and account number.
