Hi @srishi, we have deployed some fixes and many customers have come back advising it is working now. Can you double check to confirm it`s working at your end.

Webmail back on but a barrage of spam mail cluster. What can Optus do filter it out. Why cant spam mails be stopped. How do I find out if my email was hacked.

Still not working properly for one of my accounts. I can now get webmail but cannot download email either on laptop or iPhone. It just hangs and says Sync is Pending.
