That's it - no other options or information
So basically I cant message Optus to tell them my internet is falling over, and I cant message them direct them to say the App itself isn't working for me
@michaelp7 If you have a Facebook or Instagram account you can message Optus support, include in the message you do not have access to the My Optus app.
