webmail

I updated my outlook (2013) account on with my optusnet email. I finished the set up and all historical inbox emails appeared in my outlook inbox BUT the webmail inbox shows no historical email.

Sounds like you don't have the Leave a copy of messages on the server setting configured. See here.
