I bought a new sim today and activated it, received the message that it was active and spent almost an hour trying to put credit onto my phone, website says too many attempts to recharge try tomorrow, I have the right amount of money in my account too
Are you trying to recharge with a credit card or a voucher?
If you try too many times incorrectly with a credit card, the system blocks you temporarily as a fraud prevention measure. You can speak to Prepaid customer care to manually do the recharge.
