setting up direct debit

Just need help setting up direct debit. Can anyone assist?

@johndavis1111  If your bill has already been issued you will have to pay it manually and the direct debit will be used for subsequent bills. I got caught with this when I first joined Optus and it is the company i have dealt with this that has this policy.
