printing statements

Hi I am trying to print some older mobile statements from 2017/18/19 and when I print they come out like the photo attached - I have tried just printing page one at a time or in black and white nothing seems to  fix it - I have done it in the past any ideas why this is happening? I can print recent statements with no problem ?any suggestions?

Hi @DiDi1966, thanks for getting in touch with us. Hmm.. that's odd! Have you tried print screening the mobile statements instead? From there, you can copy and paste the screen shot into a word document.

Are you printing from a mobile device or from a computer?

I ran into an Optus pdf recently (not a bill) that would not render nicely at all on my phone but was fine on the PC.

Are you wondering how you can print your previous Optus bills? 

If so, you can do this by accessing your My Account and following these steps: 

1. Log in to My Account
2. Select the account you wish to view the bill for
3. Select Bills & payments
4. You can download your bills from the last 7 years.
