phone switched to SOS only mode

recently my optus data switched to SOS only mode, i’m well wishing range of a tower, phone is completely fine. when i go onto the optus app into my account the only thing that pops up is “log out”, nothing else, pls someone explain

Hi @Reuel, thanks for getting in touch with us. If you haven't already, can you please try the trouble shooting steps below?

1) Turn your phone on and off

2) Switch Aeroplane mode on and off

3) Reset your Network Settings

4) Re-insert your SIM
