order number n/a

i recieved an order number with 7 numbers and 1 letter. But to register new sim it says to put an 8 digit number but i don't have one. Ive tried putting in the order number i have but it says its incorrect

Hey Lisatran, when did you receive the SIM card? If we've dispatched the SIM and it's a post-paid service, you shouldn't be required to register the same.
