optus does not answer the phone

I have been trying to get in touch with Optus team to discuss my phone bill but after waiting on the phone for almost 2 hours no one answer the phone and they cut off my phone line.

It looks like optus does not care about their clients.

Have you tried live chat? 

 

What is is the actual concern, some of us might be able to give you the pointers you need to get it quickly solved for you.
