I'm having problems linking My Account, I use the my optus app to pay my bills, but when I click to view my details which show in the quick view menu, it tells me I need to login and when I try to login it says that my sim isn't linked, so i try again and it completely crashes my app, so i just assume thats a problem on my app failing. So I login to it on my computer and it says my mobile and service ID are inelligable for My Account linking or that it already is linked, but i can't access my billing or anything like that because the My Account isn't linked. I am genuinely lost for what to do, please help me, I've contacted my optus centre and they couldn't help, as well as using the online contact to get help, and browsed through so many questions to see if there's any help and I couldn't find anything for my situation, so I'm putting it out there to see if anyone else knows what to do
