iPhone online order

I placed an online order on Monday for an iPhone and was told I would receive an email confirmation. I have not heard a word back from Optus.who do I contact to find out about this???

I’m in exactly the same boat! Ordered on Monday online and since then.. nothing!?

if you find out who to contact let me know, seems their customer service has failed them again! It shouldn’t be too hard really...?!

Hey @Wink & @ChrisLozKeen - sometimes it can take up to 48 hours to receive confirmation. Have you since received any confirmation?

Hi Shauna, I’m still yet to receive anything. It’s an iPhone 7+ so not even a new model. It’s a bit disappointing that’s all. What’s your advice?

I eventually got thru to a human being to speak to instead of a computer generated voice and was told that they were just about to contact me to get some more info from me!!! Anyway after a week I eventually managed to sort it out and have since received my phone
